Business Development Monthly retainer includes the general promotion of company
interests in the role of business development (BD). The BD role includes but is
not limited roadmap planning, capture planning (strategic and tactical),
meeting support, marketing, information gathering, arranging audience
for/briefing of capabilities, and monthly report. The monthly retainer includes
up to 40 hours of work pertaining to the above areas. Specific milestone
objectives may be agreed upon at the beginning of the period of performance.
Capture/Proposal Support Tailored Access provides Level-Of-Effort (LOE) support
for team building, capture development, competitive intelligence and proposal preparation. Proposal support includes: proposal manager, volume lead,
management and technical support, pink/blue/red review teams etc.
Recruiting/Staffing Our extensive network of small, medium, and large company clients, as well as active involvement in industry and academia associations allows for continuous access to vetted human resources. We provide our clients access to these resources for a reasonable flat fee which is substantially less than that of traditional recruiting firms. In addition to recruiting for all client needs, We provide staffing for program/project management, systems engineering, and technical writing.
